With 'Screenplays', Composer and Songwriter John Walsh presents an array of musical gems crossing several genres. The album's opening tracks 'Take a Ride' and 'The Story of Our Lives' feature a return to Walsh's Guitar Band roots. He contrasts this with more classically steeped influences on tracks such as 'Elegy', 'The Voyage' and 'Crossing the Divide'. Listeners will already be familiar with much of Walsh's music, some of which has featured in popular TV campaigns, most notably for the Jameson Dublin Film Festival and Climate Change.
